Development Team for Advanced EA with Machine Learning

Project Overview:
We are looking to assemble a skilled development team to build an Expert Advisor (EA) designed to deliver a consistent high return on investment (ROI) by leveraging advanced technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and other algorithmic trading tools. The EA should be capable of adapting to market conditions in real-time and continuously improving its performance through automated optimization and learning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a robust and scalable EA for automated trading in Forex/cryptocurrencies, ensuring high performance and reliability.
2. Integrate machine learning techniques (e.g., neural networks, reinforcement learning, genetic algorithms) to analyze market data and generate adaptive trading signals.
3. Incorporate advanced statistical tools and deep learning models to refine decision-making and enhance predictive accuracy.
4. Build in capabilities for real-time optimization and self-adjustment based on historical and live data.
5. Ensure the EA includes comprehensive risk management modules, such as dynamic stop-loss and take-profit adjustments.
6. Provide thorough documentation and ongoing support for maintenance, upgrades, and performance tracking.

Skill Requirements:

1. Algorithmic Trading Expertise:
   • Proven experience in developing and deploying Expert Advisors or automated trading systems.
   • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trading strategies.
2. Machine Learning & AI:
   • Proficiency in machine learning techniques (e.g., neural networks, reinforcement learning, genetic algorithms).
   • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical analysis.
   • Familiarity with data science and model optimization for financial markets.
3. Programming Skills:
   • Expert-level proficiency in MQL5 and/or other relevant languages (e.g., Python, C++).
   • Ability to integrate external APIs and data feeds for real-time market data.
4. Risk Management & Optimization:
   • In-depth knowledge of risk management strategies and tools.
   • Experience with backtesting, forward testing, and performance optimization.
5. Team Collaboration & Project Management:
   • Proven track record of working in teams and managing projects to successful completion.
   • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear documentation, regular progress updates, and effective coordination.

Additional Requirements:

1. Portfolio & References:Provide examples of previously developed EAs, particularly those that utilize machine learning and AI for trading.
2. Project Plan:Submit a brief proposal outlining your approach, technology stack, timeline, and expected milestones.
3. Ongoing Support:Commitment to post-deployment support and iterative improvements based on live performance data.
