Performs specialized clerical work encompassing one or more functional areas of the real property tax program such as assessment and appraisal, delinquent tax collection, tax record searches and taxpayer services, and other related tax matters; and performs other related duties as required.

Responsible work experience which demonstrated the ability to perform the essential functions of the job may be substituted for education.
Three years of clerical experience, one year of which shall have been in a tax field where familiarity with tax laws, rules, regulations, and procedures was involved.
Education obtained outside of the United States must be comparable to a degree earned at a regionally-accredited college/university in the United States. In order to receive credit for the education, a foreign credential evaluation (FCE) must be provided. We also reserve the right to request further information about your academic program, evidence of comparability, or an original transcript.
