Job Overview

As a Financial Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting services to our clients, including financial reporting, bookkeeping, and advisory services. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, ensuring their financial operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique accounting needs and providing tailored solutions.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
3. Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
4. Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
5. Tax Preparation: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
6. Advisory Services: Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on financial analysis, helping them make informed business decisions.
7. Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
8. Compliance: Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring all client work adheres to the latest requirements.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
10. At least 2 years of progressive accounting experience
11. Strong technical skills sufficient to perform work in accordance with GAAP
12. The ability to identify accounting issues, conduct research, and suggest solutions
13. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
14. Supervisory experience to effectively mentor and develop staff
15. Experience using computer accounting software programs, as well as Microsoft word processing and spreadsheet applications

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, or related major with strong accounting concentration

Compensation

1. $55,000 to $75,000

The final salary offer is contingent upon the candidate's experience, qualification, and market and business conditions.
