The General Manager will ensure operational excellence and foster strong client relationships while contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the agency's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality client service.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the agency's market presence and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budget management and profitability.
