If so, we are seeking an experienced, charismatic Boat Captain to join our romantic journey as we create unforgettable memories for our guests aboard our exclusive 6-passenger vessel.

As the captain of our private and semi-private charters, you will be responsible for sharing your love and knowledge of the ocean with our discerning clientele. With your USCG certification and experience in the industry, you will provide exceptional service, value, and a personal touch that leaves our guests spellbound by their adventure.

Our ideal candidate has:

• A passion for creating magical moments on the water
• Experience working with clients who expect high-quality interaction
• USCG certification and a few years in the industry
• Ability to maintain the vessel and manage daily tasks
• Scuba diving experience or strong interest in learning (a potential perk for the right candidate)

This love story unfolds in Kauai, where our tight-knit crew works two daily charters from 6 AM to 12 PM and in the afternoon. As we visit a variety of dive sites, we anticipate a learning curve of at least three months to master our unique offerings. This position is not seasonal; we seek someone who desires a long-term commitment to growing their skills and being the best they can be.
