Local company in Marietta is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant - Hybrid work from home / office.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to help streamline both personal and business tasks. Initially, this position will be part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on the evolving needs of the role. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys organizing and creating systems, and is highly skilled in managing administrative tasks across both personal and business settings.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Work Hours: Part- time, 20 - 30 hours per week

Work Schedule: Flexible hours during a Monday through Friday work week

Work Environment: 75% remote work, with the requirement to be on-site 1-2 days per week for meetings and collaborative tasks.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement an organizational system for emails, including creating a specific folder structure
  • Manage personal and business email inboxes for the owner and GM, ensuring all correspondence is efficiently handled
  • Organize and maintain digital document storage (e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive), ensuring easy access and organization
  • Systematize and manage ongoing to-do lists for multiple projects
  • Track and manage tasks, helping to keep key initiatives organized and on schedule
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly meetings, including virtual vendor meetings, to ensure all takeaways and action items are noted and tracked
  • Oversee the scheduling and management of daily calendars, ensuring nothing is booked or changed without your prior approval
  • Coordinate all appointment and meeting requests, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Participate in daily check-in meetings (10-30 minutes) to review tasks, priorities, and updates
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of daily responsibilities
  • Actively participate in virtual meetings and follow through on key takeaways and
  • Proactively seek solutions to challenges and work with the team to streamline processes and increase efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Able to be flexible; work and communicate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), Mac products (iPhone, MacBook, iPad), OneDrive, Dropbox, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach, including comfort with making and receiving phone calls
  • Technically savvy with a knack for solving problems and finding efficient solutions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy and organization
