Position Summary
As a 340B Senior Inventory Analyst, this position will support the 340B program by completing inventory analyses as well as work with the pharmacy and 340B teams to resolve inventory and replenishment issues. This position requires the ability to interact with cross-functional team members from Senior Management to internal and external stakeholders. Duties will also include managing tasks, system maintenance and analyses involving different inventory and operational metrics.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Ability to work closely with Inventory Managers and pharmacy staff to address inquiries and remedy issues
Facilitate collaboration with the 340B team to resolve issues related to over-replenished inventory
Coordinate the day-to-day operational and planning efforts related to 340B specialty and retail inventory efforts
Maintain 340B account information in pharmacy inventory management systems
Support new program initiatives and enhancement rollouts
Set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives with management
Microsoft Excel experience working with large data sets, a variety of formulas and pivot tables.
Ability to work with management to develop short-and-long term goals that meet established objectives and contributing to the overall goals of the 340B team
Required Qualifications
2+ years of data analysis experience
1+ years of experience in health-related area or must possess transferable skills
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment, 340B program and inventory management
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effectively use reports and other analytical tools to help target efforts for maximum results
Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery
Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Education
High school degree required
Bachelors degree preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
