This is a position for a Residential Security Agent located in Maui, Hawaii. Candidates will be required to fulfill Residential Security Team agent responsibilities. There is a potential for local travel to occur from time-to-time; however, agents will not be allowed to travel until a full grasp of other duties have been achieved. *This may take several months, depending on the individual candidate experience. Comfortable in fast-paced environments and social settings with high-profile public figures.
Residential Team Agent duties for this detail include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the overall safety and security of designated principals and their properties.
Maintain a knowledge of baseline principal, property and neighborhood activities.
Monitor property and area activities and conditions via closed-circuit television camera system and physical perimeter checks.
Monitor traditional and social media for potential threats.
Control access to properties and maintain security logs for guests, service personnel, and vendors.
Screen and track mail and deliveries.
Coordinate with site staff to accomplish various common tasks such as productions, theatre operations, event setup, and project management.
Complete daily household tasks and maintenance as requested by principals and staff.
Ensure 24/7 operational readiness through stocking supplies and equipment upkeep.
Operate within parameters established by standard operating procedures and applicable laws.
Demonstrate proficiency in use and proper maintenance for all equipment (i.e., vehicles, medical supplies, communications devices, etc.).
Potential out-of-state travel approximately 5% -10% of the time to other RST sites or principal destinations.
Provide security coverage during local travel, and other mobility on site for the principal.
Must be flexible and open to working overtime shifts whether they are night or day shift, coming in early and staying late if needed.
Must possess the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.
Must be a proactive problem solver with the capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a good understanding of the latest technology in security camera systems, use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps (Google Drive, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Must be dog friendly.
Must keep a professional appearance and have good personal hygiene.
Must be responsive via phone call, text, and email as needed to support the team.
Excellent communicator with the ability to be personable and successfully interact with clients, superiors, peers, vendors, and neighbors.
Monitor the following:
Weather and natural disasters.
Traffic.
Public safety incidents and trends.
Neighborhood watch programs.
Local and national current events.
Position Qualifications:
1+ years of combined experience in relevant security, military, and/or law enforcement positions.
Physically fit to facilitate emergency responses.
Good credit history and money management.
Hawaii Driver License/or any valid DL with a clean driving record.
Valid and Current Passport.
*All certifications must be current. Employees are responsible for keeping all certifications/licenses active.

Advanced emergency medical certification - First Responder, EMT or paramedic.
Animal friendly attitude.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly.
Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.
Prolonged periods sitting of 5+ hours at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment.
Prolonged periods of standing on your feet without a break 4-5+ hours.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to lift, drag a human up to 200lbs or more, if necessary.
Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, crawl.
Being able to respond to physical attacks, natural disasters, evacuations.
Perform physical activities such as hiking, biking, swimming.
Detail Structure: Full-time position on a 24/7 detail working the following:
Day and night shifts.
Typical schedule reflects Rotating 4 days on/3 days off; however, this schedule is subject to change.
Holidays.
Overtime/additional shifts as needed.
Domestic and local travel (if desired by the Principal/s).
Salary and Benefits:
Salary $32.50/hour, 48.75/overtime hour.
Projected minimum annual salary $92,000.
