Cyntel Technologies is currently seeking a Technical Innovation Subject Matter Expert to support a program at Camp Smith, HI.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead Joint and Full Spectrum cyber network/range events focused on USINDOPACOM priorities.
• Coordinate with higher headquarters, DoD, US Government (USG) agencies, interagency partners, and international counterparts.
• Provide expert briefings and updates to senior leaders on planning progress and engagement outcomes.
• Generate and recommend new engagement activities for military and governmental leaders.
• Draft high-quality messages, talking points, and briefings tailored to GOFOs and senior officials.
• Develop and implement a targeting-like methodology for engagement opportunities.
• Ensure all engagements are aligned with Command objectives and strategic priorities.
• Demonstrate strong capabilities in mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and strategic/operational recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of policy and strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis and assessment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in technology research, development, and integration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about the usability and potential value of new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and make recommendations.
• Experience supporting DoD cyber organizations in the Indo-Pacific theater.
• Creative problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technology research, development, and integration supporting DoD.
• Experience supporting offensive and defensive cyber efforts in the Indo-Pacific theater.
