Job Description Summary
The Fleet Manager will lead contract execution/management processes for the Orsted Permian, Sparta, and Mockingbird projects reporting to the Projects & Services Leader, North America Region, of the GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage Business.

Essential Responsibilities
Drive customer satisfaction trough effective communication, contract compliance, and meeting expectations with respect to safety, quality, and plant performance.
Work to achieve contract plant performance guarantee's through effective planning and management.
Execute invoicing and cash collection for project.
Manage the execution of the customer contract from site mobilization through contract close out including reporting, receivables, change order and claim negotiation, issue resolution, and supplier management.
Meet GE business expectations by managing safety, quality, schedule, continuous improvement, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks.
Communicate project goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE.
Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to successfully complete commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.
Protect GE's reputation and technology in the marketplace.
Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all site management metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Engineering) (OR a High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a field services or supervisor role)
Minimum 2 years of field service engineering, project management, or customer management experience
Desired Characteristics
Solar power plant design, construction, service, operations, and/or maintenance experience
Working knowledge GE Solar product manufacturing and testing processes
Prior Six Sigma Quality Lean experience
SAP experience
Fluent in the English language; oral and written, technical and commercial
Proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams
Strong interpersonal and influence skills
