As our Field Service Engineer you will supervise and support the installation activities across client locations in the USA. This is a hands-on position where you will travel to client sites to deploy our solutions (iOS/Android Mobile Applications and sensors), ensuring they are working and fully effectively, providing client support and technical trouble shooting. Reporting to a senior project manager you will work closely with the project teams, technical support and partner installation teams to deliver the best possible service to our clients. This role involves regular travel with some overnight stays and unsociable hours.
