We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager based in the United States.
You have a passion for building customer advocacy to support the expansion and growth of Thematic. You are an efficient communicator with a customer-centric attitude. You are also data-savvy and understand how to drive marketing metrics such as conversion optimization and referrals.
About Thematic
Thematic is a SaaS platform for customer feedback analysis, powered by the latest AI and advanced analytics. Our goal is to empower companies to get clear and accurate insights from customer feedback in a fast and easy way. We work with the likes of Google, LinkedIn, Semrush, Albertsons and Doordash (just to name a few). Our users are customer and UX researchers, insights managers and CX leads. By getting a deep understanding of customer needs, our customers identify how to improve their customer experience, address barriers to growth, and grow faster.
We are expanding our Marketing team to help our sales and customer success team get support to grow Thematic faster.
We've been around since 2017 and are a fully remote team of 20+. Our R&D happens in New Zealand, our sales focus is mainly in the US and Australia. We use modern tools like Slack, Jira, Ortto, Notion and Zoom for communication and collaboration. We strive to minimize meetings, but also dedicate time to build a diverse and inclusive company culture. We are well funded (YCombinator, AirTree) and profitable.
Requirements
A Customer Marketing Manager at Thematic will be responsible for building and strengthening our customer stories and advocacy. Your ultimate goal is to positively impact acquisition, retention and expansion metrics for the company.
