They are an experienced leader with a goal to move up in the management field.
Qualifications:
Prior Restaurant Supervisor or Management Experience
Must have reliable transportation
Understand how to problem solve
Knowledge of how POS systems work
Able to lift minimum of 10lbs.
Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have open availability
Must have knowledge of word and excel
Must be able to train, coach employees
Must be responsible, reliable and have great communication skills
