As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects while leading teams to deliver high-quality results. What You'll Do

Planning

  • Collaborate with Estimating to coordinate and execute projects
  • Conduct on-site job walks to evaluate project requirements
  • Assist with estimating budgets and generating proposals

Project Execution / Control
  • Manage project logistics, including rentals, lodging, crew scheduling, and other required resources
  • Coordinate tooling, materials, safety protocols, and equipment needs
  • Communicate proactively with foremen and millwrights to provide project oversight and troubleshooting
  • Prepare and communicate change orders when required
  • Monitor and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets

Project Closeout
  • Analyze job related invoices to ensure accurate job costs and billing


Who You Are

  • 5+ years journey-level millwright experience
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with safety, tool room, and others
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to use computer resources and programs
  • Possess valid drivers license and have ability to travel to customer location

Salary Range: $78,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience. Eligible additional compensation based on company goals.

Position Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: Traveling to job sites, conducting on-site evaluations, and occasionally working in industrial environments. Must be able to wear PPE as required by customers.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Problem-solving, decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
