Supervisor, Clinical Contact Center
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team and represent a top biotechnology company. In this role, you will supervise call center staff, provide day-to-day supervision of contact center employees, and ensure service exceeds client KPI's/SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a US RN License or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, recent Psychology experience within a Mental Health facility or clinic, and five years' experience supervising within a Call Center Supervisor role.
