Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead program implementation and identify client needs to provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide status updates throughout project implementation and lifecycle.
  • Schedule and facilitate status calls tailored to program needs.
  • Ensure all client requirements are met with high quality standards.
  • Generate reports and insights as required for client needs.
  • Deliver accurate and timely invoicing while managing client budgets.
  • Address project issues with the Business Unit Director.
  • Create and maintain client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
  • Develop ad-hoc proposals and pricing when necessary.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of periodic business reviews.
  • Oversee the annual contract renewal process, involving necessary Inizio resources.
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to identify efficiencies and provide innovative solutions.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Verify and validate project details due to changes in circumstances.
  • Ensure the field team is equipped with appropriate tools and communication support.
  • Participate in internal meetings to share progress and suggest solutions to challenges.
  • Conduct field visits alongside Clinical Educators as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (BSN preferred) with 3-5 years in project management or a related field.
  • Active RN license required (BSN preferred), experience in Neurology or Oncology is a plus.
  • Proven experience in identifying, training, and developing talent.
  • Background in Clinical Education and patient education environments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Highly organized with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of presenting to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with medical and pharmaceutical terminology is beneficial.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
