Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Assist the General Manager and/or the Vice President of Operations to create and maintain a customer-driven resort using a guest focused vision that inspires resort hosts to perform at their best. Directly responsible to ensure that all department operations are effectively managed in a profitable and professional manner. Oversees the day to day operation of the hotel to create and maintain maximum profitability, guest satisfaction levels, product quality, brand and service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted Outrigger Hotels & Resorts standards. Responsible to actively promote the hotel as a quality deluxe hotel within the world tourism market and to represent and promote the resort as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in all local community activities.
Minimum five (5) years experience in resort operations or similar hotel management experience; minimum three (3) years supervisory experience in resort operations. Previous experience in hotel management, or other related field. Previous experience in hotel management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable job knowledge and skills have been acquired can be substituted for a degree.

125,000-150,000 Annually
