Prior eviction litigation experience is preferred, but not required. The Associate Attorney will utilize legal knowledge and experience as necessary to facilitate the eviction process on behalf of our clients. Must be licensed in California, but can work remotely from any state. Additional bar licenses are preferred, but not required.Specific Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for facilitating eviction caseload, providing legal advice to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents including complaints, motions and opposition, and discovery requests and responses.Representing clients in court hearings.
