Position: Customer Care Representative, (1) Full-Time and (1) Part-Time 20+ hours, Regular, Non-Exempt
Location: Ma'alaea, Maui
Pay: Starting at $17.24/hr + commission & tips

Role Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will ensure exceptional customer service for our guests while promoting company tours and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage reservation for guests
• Actively promote and sell cruises to meet sales goals
• Oversee customer check-ins and serve as Welcome Ambassadors

Qualifications:

• Reliable and dependable personality
• Ability to work well independently, multi-task, and adapt to a flexible schedule, including early or late shifts
• Capable of standing or sitting for long periods and lifting up to 50lbs
• Must currently reside on Maui and familiarity with all areas of Central, South, West, and Upcountry Maui is a bonus
