Position Overview:
The Carpenter Helper supports the maintenance and construction efforts of the Ranch, ensuring smooth operations of facilities and assets. Working alongside a team, the Carpenter Helper will assist in repairs, construction, and upkeep of various structures, including both residential and commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Carpenters and team members in the Construction and Properties departments.
• Clean and prepare job sites for construction and repair projects.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support in framing, masonry, plaster, roofing, and general construction tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment, ensuring proper care of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general construction or a related specialty field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in handling power tools, tape measures, ladders, scaffolding, and other construction equipment.
• Clean driving record.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with the team.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, particularly in outdoor environments.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
