Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Marketing Events Specialist

Position will be hybrid remote/on-site with national travel required. Must be able to work from Digitechs Chappaqua office 2 days per week on average. Salary range $40K-$60K DOE.

Job Duties:

  • Support the Marketing Manager with the execution of 40+ national and regional industry trade shows and conferences annually, with the goal of generating sales leads and fostering customer retention. This may include:
  • Coordinating with tradeshow organizers; obtain, review, and communicate show prospectuses and sponsorship opportunities
  • Managing supplies, repairs, and shipping/receiving from our Westchester County office
  • Maintaining the annual show calendar and communicating internally about scheduling
  • Handling booking and registration for tradeshows, travel, and accommodation
  • Assisting with on-the-ground logistics at events such as booth set-up and tear-down, furniture, electricity, lead retrieval device rentals, labor management, promotional items, paperwork, etc.
  • Assisting with budget management and post-show ROI analysis
  • Attend tradeshows to oversee onsite execution and represent Digitech professionally at exhibitions, dinners, and other conference activities
  • Develop pre- and post-show marketing communications
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging, strategic promotional materials for events that align with company standards
  • Write and maintain documentation on events processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the growth of new events and programming that has not yet been developed, including regional customer meetings, focus groups, and other events
  • Assist with webinars, case studies, and other marketing campaigns
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • Marketing or Event Planning experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, including problem-solving, and keen attention to detail
  • Exhibits integrity, ethics, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work on-site at Chappaqua office when necessary to manage supplies and shipping/receiving; ability to lift up to 50 pounds (required)
  • Willingness and availability to travel regularly and work flexible hours as needed to support event activities (required)
  • Must possess a valid U.S. drivers license
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • B2B or B2G marketing experience a plus note that our primary audience consists of EMS providers and Fire departments who utilize our billing services
