• Salary: $70,000 - $79,000 per Year + Opportunities for annual pay increases
• Field based position that will support our current merchandising team in the Hilo and Kona territory

Position Responsibilities:

• Traveling to Hilo and Kona is required.
• The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards within the island of Hawaii by increasing total supply chain efficiencies for our suppliers and leading a team of front-line employees to merchandise a diverse portfolio of products to key retail accounts
• As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will collaborate with the sales and delivery staff to improve processes and drive productivity while maintaining the highest levels of customer service satisfaction in retail accounts
• You will utilize lean management principles to assist with the training of all merchandisers with a focus on correct merchandising techniques, waste elimination, and Company policies and procedures
• You will review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments for proper workload distribution among Merchandisers
• You will utilize a software system for tracking, supporting, and re-routing Merchandiser services; prioritize assignments to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of related experience with 1 plus years of supervisory experience  
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
