About the Role
As a Lowe's Merchandising Part-Time Days Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining the visual appeal and organization of our store during daytime hours. You'll ensure our shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and customers can easily find what they need.
Key Responsibilities
â ¢ Merchandising: Arrange and display products according to planograms and company standards.
â ¢ Stocking: Replenish shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.
â ¢ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.
â ¢ Customer Service: Assist customers with locating products and answering questions.
â ¢ Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including straightening shelves and displays.
â ¢ Planogram Execution: Follow planograms and visual merchandising guidelines to create appealing product displays.
Qualifications
â ¢ High school diploma or equivalent.
â ¢ Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
â ¢ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
â ¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
â ¢ Good communication and customer service skills.
â ¢ Ability to work flexible daytime hours.
