Salary Range: 40k- $66k
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for receiving inbound phone calls regarding cash and credit card transactions. Delivers world-class customer service with each interaction.
- Gathers information and researches/resolves inquiries.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Responds to any voicemails in a prompt manner.
- Escalates calls with issues requiring more in-depth research.
- Respond to email based communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of recent Call Center Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take notes while speaking over the phone.
- MS Office Suite Experience.
- Typing Skills.
