Qualifications: CPA certification required; Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in accounting; 5-7 years of public accounting experience, with construction & real estate experience; 2-3 years of management/supervisory expert.; proficiency in the use of computers, accounting software, and assurance software programs; excellent communications and interpersonal skills; excellent time management and organizational skills.
