Job Description

Reporting into the US Chief Executive Officer, this is the #1 HR role in North America. This HR Manager role will manage HR functions across all North American operations, focusing on the USA an Canadian businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong US HR experience ensuring compliance and effective execution against HR strategies within the US and Canadian markets.

The Successful Applicant

In return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience (essential)
  • Power grid or energy related experience (essential)
  • Extensive B2B experience (essential)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (essential)
  • Experience of being the #1 (and only) HR representative in North America (essential)
  • Strong understanding of US HR landscape (policies, regulations, laws, processed etc.)
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Ability to work independently, remotely
