  • As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for delighting partners in your assigned territories by managing individual hotel and/or chain accounts and supply acquisition of high quality inventory. Focusing on these responsibilities, you will build the Hotel categorys market presence in your assigned territory and collaborate with other teams. This includes partnering, strategizing, and running daily operations directly with hotels and chains, and ensuring that we always have the best inventory and deals from hotels available for our guests.
  • You will help resolve challenges and ensure that partners feel valued and supported by our platforms. This will include deploying scalable tactics to address the needs of partners in tertiary markets at high volume. Ultimately, you are responsible for growing and supporting this business.


Duties:

  • Meet and exceed KPIs by owning the performance and success of the hotels & serviced apartments within your region
  • Proactively and reactively actioning of initiatives and partner requests in scale markets
  • Secure more inventory and create & implement strategic tactics to ensure your hotel & serviced apartment partners are successful in your markets, driving maximum business impact.
  • Implement scalable strategies that drive maximum business impact across a wide range of hotel and serviced apartment partners.
  • Consistently respond to and deliver exceptional service to your hotel & serviced apartment partners in a timely and efficient manner
  • Effectively promote and build strong relationships with hotel and serviced apartment partners by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our platforms and confidently pitching their value.
  • Passionately continue learning and bettering your understanding as an expert in the hospitality industry and revenue management best practices, acting as a trusted industry advisor for your hotel & serviced apartment partners.
  • Collaborate with other team members and cross-functional partners (Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Strategic Partnerships) to drive regional supply strategy, cross-functional initiatives & implement innovative ideas in the mobile travel space


Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 3-6 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast growing startup tech company working in account management and/or sales
  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus
  • The ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; detail-oriented but moves fast
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with and influence partners
  • Capacity to balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer-term strategic execution
  • Youre a quick learner and youre fearless about doing whatever it takes to get the job done, even if it means making mistakes along the way.
  • Must be located in the Hawaii region


Compensation:

  • $58-62.07/hr W-2
