Honolulu Real Estate Agent Employee Relocation Specialist

Description:

Stealth Communications is seeking multiple (12 positions) who are highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to support our employees relocating to Stealth's Honolulu HQ.


In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing homes on behalf of our employees, helping them smoothly transition to new living arrangements. Youll need strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure a seamless relocation process, while adhering to all legal and industry standards.


This position requires security clearance and is based onsite in Honolulu, HI.


Qualifications:

  • Required: An active, transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to commencement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Active real estate license (required) in Hawaii, or: Florida or Alabama with the ability to transfer or obtain a Hawaii real estate license.
  • A minimum of 10-13 years of real estate-related experience, preferably in residential or relocation services.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients, particularly employees relocating from different areas.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools for property listings, market analysis, and contracts.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate with the highest level of professionalism and adherence to legal and industry guidelines, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Identify and procure homes for employees relocating to Honolulu, taking into consideration their preferences and needs.
  • Facilitate seamless real estate transactions, from property showings to negotiating agreements and contracts.
  • Educate employees on the real estate market, basic procedures, and relocation expectations.
  • Host open houses and other events to showcase properties to prospective employees.
  • Verify and disclose accurate property facts to clients, ensuring transparency throughout the transaction process.
  • Prepare detailed market analyses to help determine property values and guide decision-making.
  • Network with prospects, contacts, and past clients to generate new opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with Stealth's internal senior brokers, property management, legal, and support teams to streamline operations and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Utilize real estate tools and technology to efficiently manage listings, contracts, and employee interactions.
