@Orchard LLC is providing resources for a newly awarded Federal Contract in support of the US MarineCorps. The core profile is that of Resource Efficiency and Energy Analyst, tasked with helping the government to achieve robust energy management programs, initiatives, and projects to meet energy laws, regulations, policies, directives, and goals.
The role includes helping in the following areas: Energy support services including assistance with Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) projects, Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects, Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) projects, Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) projects, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) projects, Renewable Energy projects and other energy projects.
As a Resource Efficiency and energy Analyst, you will support demand reduction for energy and water through education, conservation, and efficiency initiatives and projects that optimize the use of utility resources, including natural gas, electricity, solar, geothermal, water, wastewater, wind, and other energy/utilities. You will also assist with energy and water planning, including the development of Installation Energy and Water Plans (IEWPs). In support of these requirements, you will provide project management, engineering, technical knowledge, and analysis of energy management applications, databases, and systems, as well as high-level functional support for evaluation and implementation advice on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy resilience projects.
