American Electric has an excellent Outside Sales Opportunity on the island of Oahu.TEGG Maintenance Sales contract agreements, electric equipment maintenance
Objective Measures of Performance:
• TEGG Weekly Sales Activity Report
• Proposal Activity Log
• Exploratory Call Meetings - 6 per week
• PSE Meetings - 3 per week
• Option Development Meeting -3 per week
• Solutions Presentation -3 per week
• Maintenance Bookings-1 per week
Key Targeted Results (KTR):
• Annual Booking Quota - 3X Base Salary
• 100% Agreement Renewals
Software: TEGG, Vista, MS Office, Outlook, MS Office
Responsibilities:
• Promote TEGG C.A.R.E. objectives
• Leadership communication coordination with TEGG GM, TEGG Sales Manager, TEGG Administrative Coordinator
• Attend and complete TEGG training as required, implement TEGG MSR business model
• Implement and 100% comply with the MSR job duties as trained and required with 0% deviations
• Prospect and qualify sales opportunities
• Understand sales prospects organization and decision making process and commit prospect to a decision making time table
• schedule presentations, close sales
• Survey Electrical systems and interpret electrical drawings
• Prepare pricing and proposals for internal review and delivery to customers
• Deliver and review report with DES Sales Representative at customer turnover meeting
• Promptly address customer concerns in maintaining long-term positive relationships with a 100% annual rate of Agreement Renewals
