What We Are Looking For:
We are searching for enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant who yearn to make a difference in the lives of our participants. This open role includes working with one of our amazing participants and providing services focusing on personal assistance support and community integration. We seek an exceptional candidate with extraordinary communication skills who can effortlessly interact with our participant and their support circle. The ideal candidate would be able to excel at fostering a strong rapport with participants and delivering top-notch support in their day-to-day tasks, such as eating, mobility, toileting, and personal hygiene in the participant's home. Our ideal candidate should possess a compassionate approach and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve.

What You'll Bring:
We are looking for individuals who possess the necessary skills to provide support and care for people with disabilities. Our ideal candidate should have a strong drive to deliver top-quality care and be committed to serving those in need.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED. If you don't have either of these qualifications, our supervisors can evaluate your skills and certify that you can perform key job functions such as documentation and reading comprehension.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Active CPR and First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, an active auto insurance policy, and a clean driving record.
- Proof of tuberculosis clearance within the past year (or clearance prior to starting). Full Life will assist you with obtaining your clearance.
- Experience in caregiving, special needs, or CNA/RN preferred but not required. We offer training and development for the right candidate.
What We Offer:At Full Life, we believe in empowering our team to thrive. This role is a full-time position in Captain Cook's region with a flexible schedule, where the starting full-time position begins at $20.00. We also offer incentives for completing and maintaining annual training requirements, demonstrating our commitment to supporting our team's growth and success.
Our Benefits:
- Sign-on bonus of $500! $250 will be paid after 30 days of successful onboarding, and the remaining $250 will be paid after 90 days.
- Employees who are eligible can receive health insurance or a $200 monthly stipend if they already have health insurance through a spouse or other insurance provider. On average, full-time employees can earn an annual benefit plan worth $9,600 per year.
