IRONMAN World Championship: Cook 3, Full Time, Temporary
Rate of Pay: $25.21/hour
Schedule: Shifts from October 18 through October 29

As the host hotel for the IRONMAN World Championship, the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort Courtyard by Marriott currently has openings for talented Temporary, Full time Cook 3 to share the aloha spirit and strive to create a memorable guest experience from October 18 - October 29.

Brief Summary of Job: During IRONMAN World Championship period of October 18 - October 29:Responsible for the preparation of hot/cold items according to recipes and specifications set by the Hotel.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:

Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing
personalized service to hotel guests.
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
Assists in preparing and cooking foods under supervision.
Mixes, cuts and shapes dough by hand or machine.
Bakes bread, rolls, muffins, biscuits, pies and cakes.
Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best
overall performance of the department and hotel.
Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.

Knowledge/Education/Experience: Minimum of two (2) - three (3) years of related experience. High school or equivalent education. TB clearance card required.

Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements: English speaking or bilingual. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Ability to maintain good team member relations. Dependable.
