Are you ready to play a pivotal role in a dynamic firm? Our Operations Assistant (OA) position offers a unique opportunity to support our Administrative Services Division while contributing to the success of our Tax, Audit, and Client Services divisions.


What You'll Do:

  • Supports the overall operational needs of the firm.
  • Supports the Tax & Audit divisions with processing financial statement and proposals, tax return handling, eFiling, and client data maintenance.
  • Assist in a variety of administrative tasks such as scanning, mail handling, database maintenance, daily errands, and office upkeep.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and contribute to a positive work environment.


Core Competencies We're Looking For:

  • Technical competency in tax processing and financial statements.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Respect for results, commitment to service excellence, and dedication to personal development.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.


Requirements:

  • Associate degree. (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Office administration experience, ideally in a public accounting firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and type at least 50 WPM.
