TEGG Weekly Sales Activity Report
Proposal Activity Log
Exploratory Call Meetings - 6 per week
PSE Meetings - 3 per week
Option Development Meeting -3 per week
Solutions Presentation -3 per week
Maintenance Bookings-1 per week
Key Targeted Results (KTR):
Annual Booking Quota - 3X Base Salary
100% Agreement Renewals
Software: TEGG, Vista, MS Office, Outlook, MS Office
Responsibilities:
Promote TEGG C.A.R.E. objectives
Leadership communication coordination with TEGG GM, TEGG Sales Manager, TEGG Administrative Coordinator
Attend and complete TEGG training as required, implement TEGG MSR business model
Implement and 100% comply with the MSR job duties as trained and required with 0% deviations
Prospect and qualify sales opportunities
Understand sales prospects organization and decision making process and commit prospect to a decision making time table
schedule presentations, close sales
Survey Electrical systems and interpret electrical drawings
Prepare pricing and proposals for internal review and delivery to customers
Deliver and review report with DES Sales Representative at customer turnover meeting
Promptly address customer concerns in maintaining long-term positive relationships with a 100% annual rate of Agreement Renewals
