Pay Rate: $25.42/hour

Do you have a joy for diligently cleaning and preparing a neat environment for our visitors? Hilton Waikiki Beach is searching for a Full-time Guest Room Attendant that is filled with the Aloha Spirit and a keen eye for detail! Our Guest Room Attendants are responsible for cleaning and preparing and providing our guests with clean and appealing guest rooms and hallways. Flexible scheduling availability is a must.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
  • Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Responds timely to guests' special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
  • Reports necessary maintenance items.
  • Follows departmental policies and procedures.
  • Follows all safety and sanitation policies
  • Detail oriented -Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
  • Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.


Experience:

  • 1 year:Professional Cleaning experience desired, preferably in hotels
  • Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity.


Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
