**Concierge Manager**

**Concierge Manager** The Concierge Manager is responsible to lead a team of professionals that respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests, and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. He or she will train the team to understand the value of delivering excellent customer service and have impeccable attention to detail to create one of a kind experiences. The successful candidate will love working with people, be a strong communicator, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and be able to make heartfelt connections. Previous Concierge experience in a luxury hotel environment is required.
