Description

Keeps offices, buildings, kitchen restrooms and all walkways clean and orderly. Sweeps, mops, polishes floors; removes trash and litter. Makes minor maintenance and equipment repairs.

Essential Functions:

• Cleans fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, restrooms, etc. Stocks supplies in restrooms as needed.
• Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors. Vacuums and spot cleans carpets.
• Power washes floors, walls and walkways.

Requirements

• Lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Capable of a full range of body movement.
• Speak, read and write in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of chemicals.

Work Schedule:
To Be Determined (19 Hours per week)

Base rate commensurate on skill and experience.
