First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused and team-oriented Pantry Worker to join our Food Service Team. In this role, you will prepare all salad and sandwich menu items with pride and according to set standards for high quality ingredients. You will also actively participate and assist with various components of planning and preparing salads, sandwiches, sauces, and other cold items offered off the menu, as well as accommodate guest needs. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM (hours may vary) Compensation The hourly pay range for this role is $18.75 - $23.50/hr; commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or equivalent required Culinary and/or Hospitality-related degree preferred 1 year of experience in food service (i.e., restaurant/kitchen) with basic kitchen pantry skills required; or 1 year of culinary training/schooling Possess good verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Ability to complete daily tasks in a timely manner Basic kitchen pantry skills and knowledge (e.g., knife skills, food handling and storage, etc.) Demonstrated ability to develop desirable menu items Are you interested in learning more about us?
