About the location:
A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. Our beachfront island Resort sits on Oahu's wild and rugged western coast, where vast ocean views and lively pools and lagoons provide the setting for an unforgettable adventure. Take the family for a ride on an outrigger canoe, splash around in the turquoise waters of our white-sand beach, play a round of golf as you weave through waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend the day reconnecting with your inner self at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.

The Pool & Beach Service Attendant reports to the Pool & Beach Management Team and is responsible for providing guests with food, beverages, amenity services (cool towels, refreshments, spritzing), towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professionals with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants must have the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and provide guests with food, beverage, water, and amenity services
• Assist with replenishing towels and assisting with seat arrangements
• Providing accurate information to guests on recreational activities and pool and beach menu offerings
• Utilize hotel POS systems and phone systems effectively
• Provide basic swimming / life guarding skills to assist a guest in distress

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with at least 3 months to 1 year of full-time employment in related position
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay

The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.32 USD.
