Locally owned, well-established company looking for experienced job recruiter to join its team as it continues to expand and grow its business.
- 2-5 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in a sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Ability to demonstrate strong relationships built in past work environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work any day of the week, including weekends
- Access to vehicle, valid driver license and an acceptable driving record
