Purchase Order Clerk

  2019-04-08     Confidential     Honolulu     $15-19 hour  

This is a fast-paced, multi-task position that requires ordering materials and products, inputting data, taking inventory and all other duties as assigned, including but not limited to, assisting management/ sales teams on their orders.


  • Able to do detailed and accurate work efficiently.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, and able to accurately enter data using Word and Excel into the company’s inventory system.
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate via phone, fax, email, and other means of communication with people within and outside the company.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to “multi-task” and work under time constraints.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of two consecutive years of administrative or retail purchasing work experience, and two years post-secondary business education is preferred.

Work Hours:    Monday through Friday, 7:30 am -4:30 pm
