Job Description

  • Gather client data and update client financial plans proposals for review
  • Maintain and update online client relationship management database and website
  • Coordinate and complete paperwork for client and prospective client appointments
  • Arrange and coordinate calendar for managing director
  • Call client and prospective client to set up meeting for managing director
  • Respond to client service requests with a sense of urgency
  • Coordinate client event and seminar
  • Answer client phone call effectively and guide them to the right direction
  • Communicating with and maintain good relationship with client
  • Provide unparalleled client service
  • Other routine administrative support (fax, copy, scan, filing .etc.)

Job Requirement

  • Fluent mandarin speaking. (speak both Mandarin and Cantonese preferred)
  • 2+ years Administrative Assistant experience required,
  • Previous experience in financial service industry preferred
  • Fast learner, quick thinker and ability to adjust work priority
  • Fantastic customer and communication rapport (verbal & written); professional presence
  • ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications
  • Strong researching, analysis and mathematical aptitude
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business and Finance a plus
  • Impeccable follow-through skills and very detail focus
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with flexibility.
  • Excellent work ethics, loyalty and integrity
  • Basic knowledge of financial service industry and product. Hawaii Life & Health insurance license, series 6 a big plus but not required.


  • Base salary 36K-$50K (depend on experience and qualification)
  • Longevity bonus (after 3 years)
