Position Overview The Director of Sales & Marketing at OUTRIGGER Kona Resort & Spa is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, increase market share, and optimize profitability across all market segments. This role will enhance the hotel's positioning, manage brand communications, and collaborate closely with Corporate Brand, Marketing, and Business Development teams.Responsibilities Direct sales efforts and coordinate development of integrated marketing plans.Collaborate with Corporate Brand and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.Partner with Area Revenue Management, Corporate Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to align strategies and achieve rate, occupancy, and revenue goals.Serve on the Hotel's Executive Committee and provide strategic guidance.Lead, inspire, and strengthen the sales and marketing team.Qualifications Experience in hospitality sales and marketing with a proven track record of revenue growth.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.Hands‑on approach with a results‑oriented mindset.Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $170,000–$190,000 (potentially higher based on experience and qualifications).Health Insurance (Dental, Medical, Prescription, Vision)Paid holidays, sick leave, vacation and medical leaveRetirement plan (401(k))Recognition and award programsEmployee assistance programDiscounted hotel ratesOpportunities for growth through training and development programsLocation Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i#J-18808-Ljbffr
