We provide person-centered services that promote independence, inclusion, and personal growth, creating a supportive, welcoming community for participants, families, and staff alike.Position: Support Specialist (Spanish/English)As a Bilingual Support Specialist, you'll support participants in both English and Spanish, helping them achieve personal goals, strengthen independence, and engage in community life. You'll work directly with participants in their homes and out in the community, providing meaningful support tailored to individual needs.What You'll Do / Day-to-DayResponsibilities vary based on participant goals and needs, and may include:Assisting with daily routines and activities as neededSupporting skill-building, personal growth, and independenceHelping participants participate in community, social, or recreational activitiesProviding a consistent, compassionate presence and building trusting relationshipsCommunicating effectively in both Spanish and English with participants, families, and team membersDocumenting progress and sharing updates with the Full Life teamQualificationsWe welcome compassionate candidates from all backgrounds - no experience is required. Training is provided.
