The Maintenance Lead Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day general residence and facility maintenance with an emphasis on safety. The role is expected to manage timely repairs through the workorder system, lead projects, and preserve optimum quality of products. This position requires effective communication with the maintenance team, property leaders, association members and other departments as needed. Qualifications Valid Hawaii State Driver's License with acceptable driving record required. Flexible schedule that includes weekend availability, specifically Sunday. High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate needed. Requires three or more years of previous hotel departmental management experience with a commitment to guest service and satisfaction. Two years of vocational, trade or community college or formal post-high school education in the field of Hospitality Management preferred.
