COMMUNICATIONS AGENT (PBX)

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Communications Agent (PBX) who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Communications Agent (PBX) have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Answer all incoming calls to the hotel, and internally from our guests

* Process guest requests

* Ensure communication is clear and thorough throughout the hotel

* Process incoming faxes

* Place wake up calls for our guests

* Work with Reservations team to ensure guests are being attended to in a timely manner

WHAT TO BRING

* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

* Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.

* Strong Customer Service skills

* Previous experience in high call volume center

* Fluent and professional communication both written and verbal

* Works well under pressure, multitasking, and team player

* Extreme attention to detail in all areas, organizational skills, and thinks strategically

* Ability to touch type 50+ WPM and comprehensive computer skills'

* Weekend & Holiday availability required
